You can contact us for your product orders that are not in stock. We produce and deliver the products in the color and quantity you request within 15 days.
The products are delivered to you within 1-3 business days after they are given to our contracted cargo company (Aras Kargo). Shipping is free for orders over 3.000TL.
You can track your orders from the 'My Orders' section and get information about the latest status of your cargo.
You can choose different billing and delivery addresses during the purchase phase.
In this case, the invoice is sent to you, the product and delivery note are sent to the delivery address you specify.
When the delivery document related to the cargo reaching the delivery address is signed by the customer, it will be accepted that the products have been received in full and undamaged.
After receiving your cargo, please open and check it with the cargo officer.
If it turns out that some of the products in your order are missing, incorrect or damaged during the check, request the cargo officer to prepare a 'damage assessment report'.
Together with the report to be prepared by the cargo officer, you can send the damaged product to us free of charge by Aras Kargo and request the replacement or return of your product.
Return your damaged parcel to the cargo officer together with the report. After we receive the products, we will notify you of the procedure to be followed regarding the product you have purchased.
The return or change of a broken or damaged product without a cargo report cannot be requested.
The minutes prepared at the time of the first delivery, witnessed by the cargo officer, are very important for revealing the person responsible for the missing or damage.
Any missing/damage notifications you make after receiving the cargo may be rejected depending on the inspection since there is no report. |
